HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL BACKDROPS?
West Pierce Images will not be mailing a physical product when you purchase a digital product from us. You will receive a link immediately upon completing your purchase. This link will allow you to download your purchased products directly to your computer.
ARE THE DIGITAL BACKGROUNDS JPGs?
No, the digital backgrounds are not in JPG format. West Pierce Images uses a file format called PNG (Portable Network Graphic). PNG images do not compress the file as much, so you are still left with a relatively large file; however, JPG images compress down to 10 percent of the original file size, in general, helping you save even more space.
HOW DO I USE MY PHOTOS WITH THE DIGITAL BACKGROUNDS?
You will have to use photo editing software composite your images with digital backgrounds. The most common Photo Editing software used for compositing is Adobe Photoshop, though there are several others available on the market. West Pierce Images does offer a compositing service. Contact us regarding this option, we are more than happy to assist.

Unlike the digital products West Pierce Images sells, is a physical product that you will receive via mail.
DO YOU STOCK WALL ART?
West Pierce Images does not maintain an inventory of the various pieces of wall art. Each order is custom made per your specifications, using the wall art image you choose, and is produced and dispatched from the Vendor.
WHERE DOES MY WALL ART COME FROM?
West Pierce Images partners with various vendors that produce the physical pieces of wall art that is ordered. Currently our Vendor is located in Area Italy.
ARE PRICES FOR WALL ART SUBJECT TO CHANGE?
Prices have the potential to fluctuate without prior warning related to market changes. Vendors may alter their price points without informing West Pierce Images.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AT ATLANTA FABRICS?
West Pierce Images offers multiple forms of payment for your convenience. These include American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards, and PayPal. Please note that we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY WALL ART PRODUCT IS ON BACK-ORDER OR OUT OF STOCK?
In the event that a product is out of stock or on back-order, West Pierce Images will promptly inform all customers. To secure your order with the brand, West Pierce Images processes your payment upon order placement.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
Sales tax (If applicable) is automatically calculated after you enter in your shipping address at checkout.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In the event that West Pierce Images is able to cancel an order prior to its production , a full refund will be issued. However, once the Vendor has started the production process, it is no longer possible to cancel. Wall Art is a custom made product, that being said cancellations can only be accepted with the first 24 hours after order completion. For refunds please refer to our Refund Policy.
