Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at West Pierce Images.

~Digital Products (downloaded upon purchase)~

ALL downloaded digital product orders are final, non-returnable and non-refundable.  If your downloaded backdrop file is corrupted or damaged in any way during the download process, contact us immediately for assistance.

~Wall Art (physical shipped product)~

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your order is incorrect please notify West Pierce Images immediately, and no later than two weeks of receiving the item(s), though,  the sooner the better.  We will assess the discrepancy and work with vendors to rectify the error.

We at West Pierce Images want to make sure that you receive artwork to display in your home that you love!  Please keep in mind that you are receiving art that is custom made to your specifications.  If you change your mind within 14 days after receiving the Wall Art, you can choose from a full refund via store credit, or a refund of your original payment method minus a 25% processing fee.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time to West Pierce Images' vendors may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. 

You, the customer, are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from West Pierce Images and their vendors.

DAMAGED GOODS
Please consider it essential and make it a priority to inspect your order and notify West Pierce Images of any flaws within two weeks of receiving your item(s).  It is very important to maintain the original packaging during our review, as it may be necessary for filing a claim with the carrier.  Damages reported after the the two-week period may be subject to denial by the vendor.

Final Sale Items

 Special Collection, Limited Edition and e-Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refund.
